Newlands South Church is proud to serve as a parish church for Newlands, situated along the serene bank of the River Cart. Our engaging and eclectic worship style welcomes individuals from all walks of life, ensuring everyone feels at home. A very warm welcome to Newlands South Church, on the south side of the great city of Glasgow and part of the Church of Scotland.
We are a congregation with a long and proud history, but our focus is very much on today and tomorrow — seeking to serve God, support one another, and share faith, friendship, and community with all who come through our doors.
Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to church after many years, new to the area, or simply curious about who we are, you are warmly invited to join us. We value every visitor to our website, but even more than that, we would love to welcome you in person.
Our Sunday Service of Worship takes place each week at 10.30 a.m., and everyone is welcome. There is no dress code, no expectations, and no need to feel you have to “know the ropes” — just come as you are.
